- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been a customer for 10+ years... Relocated to another state and had a small balance remaining. A reoccurring payment of $35 came through and caused a small negative balance. They returned the payment and assessed a $35 fee. They refused to reduce the fee to the balance in the account. They are sending me a bill for $16. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would not recommend! I'm a joint account holder with my husband yet everyone time I go there I get nothing but problems. They have ways / rules that are ridiculous and no other bank does these things . They like to control your funds telling u when u can and can not have them which no other bank has done to me yet !!!
